We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent English communication skills to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a persuasive attitude, and is committed to delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our exhibition stand design and fabrication services

• Understand client requirements and provide relevant information or solutions

• Maintain a professional and positive tone in all conversations

• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and confident approach

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
